Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd.

Sierra Madre Gold & Silver acquired a 100% interest in La Guitarra in an all-share US$35 million purchase from First Majestic Silver – transaction closed March 30, 2023.  It is a high-grade, past-producing underground mine La Guitarra in the southeast end of the Mexican Silver Belt with an on-site 500 t/d mill that operated up to August 2018. It is fully permitted for underground mining and on care and maintenance currently. The past production was around 1 million to 1.5 million AgEq oz annually between 2015 and 2018 with large exploration potential over 15km of known, untested structures. The second project is the Tepic project which hosts a low-sulfidation epithermal gold and silver mineralization lying within the Sierra Madre Geologic Province. The project has an existing historic resource estimation, detailed in a 2020 Technical Report. It was the former flagship asset of Cream Minerals and showed good preliminary metallurgical test results for both gold and silver recoveries. It has an excellent potential to increase the size of the defined Ag-Au mineralized system. The third project is the La Tigra project with a 357 Ha land package in Nayarit in Mexico.  It has a JV agreement with the property’s owner, Industrial Minera Mexico S.A. de C.V. (IMMSA). Gold and silver were mined in the La Tigra area by approximately 2,500 and 5,000 “gold panners”, the Cora Peoples and “villagers”, prior to 1900. Historical mining reported at 10 g/t gold and 300 g/t silver with excellent infrastructure and is road accessible, located 10 kilometres off the paved highway.
