Gold panning - still possible today

For example in Bavaria, in the Chiemgau, it is possible to wash gold out of the river with a washing pan. Courses and events are helping the beginner

Shovel, washing pan, washing strainer, collecting bottle and knee-high boots are some of the most important equipment the gold washer should have with him. Then many samplings follow to find a suitable place and then comes the big search. There is a German gold seeker association as well as German championships in gold panning.

However, great wealth is not to be expected. Finding medieval gold and silver coins or antique gold jewellery, as has just happened again in Bulgaria, should not be easy either. The clay pot found in Bulgaria contained particularly valuable pieces. Namely 873 silver coins, 28 gold coins, as well as jewellery and precious stones.

It is still a good idea to rely on the value-preserving function of gold. Gold has been the successful vehicle here for more than 2000 years. Even if the price of gold is not such a joy at the moment, times will change again. A little patience won't hurt. An old investment rule promises profits if you rely on the right mix of real estate, gold and shares (three-spoke rule).

For gold stocks, for example, US Gold or Treasury Metals could please investors. US Gold - https://rohstoff-tv.net/c/c,search/?v=298174 - focuses on high potential projects in Nevada and Wyoming. These include the Copper King project (copper and gold), the Keystone project (Cortez Gold Trend) and the Gold Bar North project. An early start of production is planned for all three projects.

Treasury Metals - https://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=298478, well funded, is developing its Goliath gold project in Ontario (estimated 1.14 million ounces of gold, two million ounces of silver). Initially, an open-cast mine is to be built, later it will be mined underground. Current drilling near the planned open pit brought up to 111 grams of gold per tonne of rock to the surface.
