At the moment, it is a little bit difficult to work Birimian Limited out, in cause of the fact that the company has some kind of luxury problem: Several Asian high-tech-enterprises would like to buy themselves into the Bougouni Project.
First, Birimian signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tongdow Group to bring the Bougouni Lithium Project into production and to establish commercial terms for offtake of spodumene concentrate.
In mid-December 2016, the company signed another Memorandum of Understanding with the leading Chinese lithium battery manufacturer Far East First New Energy Co. for mine development and potential financing.
And at the beginning of 2017, Birimian announced that it has received an offer, and has subsequently executed a binding Letter of Intent, relating to the purchase of a 100% interest in the Bougouni Lithium Project by Shandong Mingrui Group for a total consideration of $AU 107.5 million in cash.
Based on the assumption, that Birimian Limited wants to save oneself the long permitting and construction phases, the last offer is the best of all, for sure! At least it implicates a fully diluted share price (without any evaluation of its other assets and cash) of around AU$0.50. Based on the current stock price, there seems to be an easy 50% chance!

Market Watch:
Uranium stocks are previous winners!
The beginning of 2017 was hallmarked by a strong uranium sector. Nearly every uranium stock has been able to get into the green zone and made up to 50% – supported by the strong uranium spot price development. Even though this seems to be a rough exaggeration in a positive way, it clearly shows, that the uranium sector seems to come back into vogue. The clearest stock price increases have been shown by Uranium Energy, Skyharbour Resources and Energy Fuels. One should lay a special attention onto the two UA-companies Energy Fuels and Uranium Energy, which will be able to start production and gain profits relatively quick, if the uranium spot-price should increase furthermore. Uranium Energy utilized the recent stock price raising by announcing a financing of US$10 million, which has been increased to US$26 million within only a few days. More information on this in the next SRC newsletter.

Alabama Graphite ships several Coated Spherical Purified Graphite samples
A couple of days ago, Alabama Graphite announced that it has manufactured and shipped two specifications of its Coated Spherical Purified Graphite and two specifications of its CSPG production byproduct, Purified Micronized Graphite to two U.S-based potential end users. The first shipment of CSPG and PMG evaluation samples was sent to a leading United States Department of Defense battery manufacturer, that had been awarded a multi-million contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command as a sole-source battery provider to manufacture a lithium-ion battery to power the U.S. The second potential end user that AGC shipped CSPG and PMG samples to is an internationally known and well-respected research and development company for both the DoD and United States Department of Energy. AGC expects to receive test results from up to three DoD battery manufacturers (that previously received AGC’s CSPG samples) by the end of Q1 this year.
Should these be positive, the stock could see a complete re-evaluation.
