Mogotes Metals is an exploration and development stage mining company engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties in Argentina and Chile. The principal property interest of the Company is the Filo Sur Project.

Currently, the business objective of the Company is to identify a mineral resource at the Filo Sur Project. In the long term, the business objective of the Company is to identify, evaluate, acquire and explore additional mineral properties for the purposes of identifying additional mineral resources.

The Company was initially incorporated to acquire its interest in the Filo Sur Project. The Company has put together an experienced board of directors and management team to lead it through the planned exploration of the Filo Sur Project. The Company has been successful in raising sufficient capital to set up a field camp and complete initial exploration and analysis on the Filo Sur Project and to complete a technical report on the Filo Sur Project and commence a preliminary exploration program on the Filo Sur Project. In addition to its planned exploration programs, the Company will continue to seek additional acquisition opportunities.
