Johannesburg, 18 November 2025: In accordance with Section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) (- https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/sibanye-stillwater-well-on-track-to-become-cash-flow-positive-again-restructuring-bears-fruits/ -) shareholders are advised that Dr Lindiwe Mthimunye, recently appointed independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an additional member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Risk Committee and Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee. Dr Richard Stewart, the Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as an additional member of the Risk Committee and the Safety and Health Committee. These committee changes are effective immediately.
