No lithium - no climate change
The price development shows that lithium is a booming raw material. At times, it has doubled since 2016

The e-auto offensive is progressing, lithium is indispensable for batteries. Germany has also recognised this, because the German government wants to make up to one billion euros available for research. There are large lithium reserves in the Salar de Uyuni salt lake in Bolivia, for example. Germany wants to secure the precious raw material there. The battery metal is used for both primary batteries and accumulators.
Solar plants and wind turbines should provide clean energy. Storing the electricity produced is an important aspect. Accumulators are also necessary for this. In Schwerin, for example, there is already a huge battery storage facility based on lithium-ion technology with a high degree of efficiency.
A recently published analysis by the Agency for Renewable Energies (AEE) comes to the conclusion that electric drives play a central role in climate protection. In the meta-analysis of the AEE, 16 studies were compared. Our electricity consumption in Germany amounted to 556.2 terawatt hours in 2018, according to the Federal Association of Energy and Water Management. By the way, when looking at the statistics, electricity consumption in 2009 at the time of the financial crisis fell extremely and then rose again to average values.
According to the Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics, the energy consumption of air and sea traffic alone will rise to 562 terawatt hours in 2050. However, to present electric mobility for aviation and shipping from today's perspective is very difficult with today's technology.
Progress is progressing in the field of batteries in particular, with lithium-ion batteries being the first choice. Lithium companies such as Millennial Lithium or Infinity Lithium should therefore have no shortage of customers.
Millennial Lithium - https://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=298600 - with its two advanced projects is located in the famous lithium triangle in Argentina. Here, according to tests, the company can be pleased about the best battery quality.
One of the largest lithium properties in Europe, the San Jose Lithium Project, is located in western Spain. Infinity Lithium - https://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=298809 - holds 50 percent of the shares.
