The ice over Greenland's natural resources is melting
Rare earths, uranium, zinc, iron ore or gold - Greenland is the target of those who want raw materials, including Donald Trump

Currently Greenland's mineral resources are only exploited by foreign companies. But this is not easy, just think of the climate and the lack of infrastructure. Nevertheless, the country arouses desires, because the ice is melting, and it could be easier to mine the raw materials. The idea that the US could buy Greenland is not new.
The idea came up as early as 1868, but this was dismissed as an absurd deal. Among other things, it concerns raw materials that are necessary for high-tech products and also for the environmental technologies that are so much in demand, such as electric mobility. Today, US President Donald Trump calls the purchase of Greenland "certainly strategically interesting": after all, the raw materials come from China, the country with which the USA is in trade disputes. Greenland is under the rule of Denmark, where it is said that Greenland will not be sold. The US President has just refused an invitation from the Danish Queen, which is tantamount to an insult.
There are raw materials, including gold, in less inhospitable areas that are much easier to mine. For example, Mawson Gold's Rompas Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland: https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/mining-newsflash-with-mawson-resources-filo-mining-and-tarachi-gold/. This flagship project of the company is located south of the Arctic Circle in Finland-Lapland and has already shown promising drilling results. Mawson Gold also has exploration areas in Australia.
When investing in gold companies, not only companies that are still in the exploration phase are of interest, but also those that have just successfully started production. Such as Victoria Gold: https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/victoria-gold-canadas-newest-gold-producer/. Its Eagle mine in the Yukon region has started gold production. An estimated 210,000 ounces of gold will see the light of day here annually at low cost.
