Combining the “AU” symbol for gold with our geographic focus in the US., all of us at US Gold Corp. believe this new symbol accurately represents our company: a US-based, US-listed, gold exploration company, focused on US properties and assets. This symbol change is the final evolution of our successful merger with Dataram Corporation. Dataram remains a subsidiary of US Gold Corp. and we continue to explore ways to maximize shareholder value with this subsidiary in the future.
