Atomic energy Down Under and elsewhere
In Australia, nuclear energy is banned from the national energy mix and all nuclear projects must be approved by the government.

The Minerals Council of Australia recently called for an end to the discriminatory treatment of nuclear energy. This would provide the Australians with an adequate, reliable and clean source of energy. Australia's relationship to nuclear energy and uranium is complicated. Nuclear energy is the solution to supplying the world with electricity and at the same time getting away from fossil fuels. Geologists also see the need to develop new deposits and mine them.
The proponents of nuclear energy cite the fact that there will be a supply deficit in the world in the foreseeable future and that uranium will become significantly more expensive as a reason for this. And Australia has uranium. The fact that the issue is difficult there is due to the patchwork of state and territorial policy and the nationwide ban on nuclear energy. There are currently three uranium mines in Australia that export their uranium overseas. But the discussion about nuclear energy in the country is picking up speed, interest in nuclear energy is increasing and acceptance seems to be progressing well. Because climate warriors know that climate targets cannot be achieved without the use of nuclear energy. Wind and solar energy are not enough, not even in Down Under.
In the USA, the acceptance of nuclear energy has always been relatively high. The USA is still heavily dependent on uranium deliveries from abroad. In Texas and Wyoming, however, Uranium Energy - http://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=298864 - is well prepared for uranium production. A fully licensed processing facility in Texas and projects that have already been approved or (fully) licensed should help the Company to achieve success and reduce uranium dependency in the United States.
IsoEnergy - http://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=298832 - is eagerly working on its 13 strategically located projects in the eastern Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, famous for its uranium wealth. The focus is on the Larocque East, Geiger (up to 2.74 percent U308), Thorburn Lake (near the Cameco Cigar Lake uranium mine) and Radio (near the Roughrider uranium mine) projects.
